DASH Pharmaceuticals was a U.S. pharmaceutical company focused on marketing, selling, and distributing generic pharmaceutical products. The business appears to have operated as a commercial-stage generics company rather than a drug developer with a novel R&D pipeline. Natco Pharma established its U.S. presence through the January 2022 acquisition of Dash Pharmaceuticals LLC, and DASH-branded products were later transitioned to the Natco Pharma USA label effective January 2, 2024. As a result, DASH no longer appears to operate as an independent active company and is best understood as an acquired commercial generics business that became part of Natco Pharma USA.
