DE Pharmaceuticals (the trading name of Testerworld Limited) was one of the UK's largest national pharmaceutical wholesalers and distributors of generic and branded medicines. Headquartered in Prudhoe, Northumberland, the company operated multiple distribution centers across the UK and Ireland, supplying over 4,500 independent community pharmacies. In 2013, the company underwent a £37 million management buyout (MBO) to become part of the Converse Pharma Group. However, following regulatory challenges and license suspensions by the MHRA, the Converse Pharma Group and its trading entities, including Testerworld (DE Pharmaceuticals), entered administration in May 2022 and ceased trading.
