Decent

Decent is a U.S. healthcare technology and health-plan company that built employer health plans around direct primary care rather than around traditional fee-for-service insurance design. The company focused on self-funded and level-funded plans for small and midsize employers, working with benefits brokers and primary care partners to provide lower-cost coverage with integrated care navigation and no-cost primary care access for members. Decent appears to have remained operational through its member plans, but in 2025 it announced a merger with Nice Healthcare and said it would operate under the Nice brand over time. The business is healthcare-related, but it is not a drug-development biotech or pharma company and does not appear to have a therapeutic pipeline.
