Dechangxiang, officially known as Guiyang Dechangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., is a prominent Chinese pharmaceutical company specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Founded in 1900 in Guiyang, it is recognized as one of China's "Four Famous Halls" of medicine and holds the prestigious "China Time-honored Brand" designation. The company focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of herbal medicines, particularly for gynecology, orthopedics, and respiratory conditions. Its flagship products include Fuke Zaizao Wan, a renowned gynecological treatment, and Duzhong Zhuanggu Wan for bone health. In February 2022, the company was acquired by Guizhou Sanli Pharmaceutical to integrate and expand its TCM portfolio and production capacity. Today, it operates modern GMP-certified facilities while maintaining traditional processing techniques that have been passed down for over a century.
