Deep Creek Pharma is a biotechnology company focused on developing novel DNA-based therapeutics for oncology, with a primary emphasis on metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The company's lead program, CF10, is a first-in-class DNA-based fluoropyrimidine (FP) polymer designed to improve upon the efficacy and safety profile of conventional 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) by increasing potency and reducing systemic toxicity. Additionally, the company is advancing TBAEFPREX, a modified thrombin-binding aptamer (TBA) intended to inhibit metastatic progression by targeting thrombin at metastatic sites. Deep Creek Pharma operates in close collaboration with the Wake Forest School of Medicine to translate its nanoscale materials and genetic medicine candidates into clinical development.
