Overview
DeFloria has developed AJA001, an orally delivered, full-spectrum multi-cannabinoid botanical drug derived from Charlotte’s Web proprietary hemp genetics. The company received FDA IND clearance to proceed with Phase 2 clinical trials targeting behavioral symptoms of ASD. Early studies have focused on safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in healthy participants.
