Laboratoires Delagrange was a prominent French pharmaceutical company specializing in the development of small molecule therapeutics for gastroenterology and neuropsychiatry. The company is most notably recognized for the discovery and commercialization of metoclopramide (Primpéran), a widely used antiemetic and prokinetic agent. Additionally, Delagrange developed significant antipsychotic and substituted benzamide medications such as sulpiride and tiapride.
