Company intelligence / Profile preview
Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) was a 168-bed acute care facility located in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, that served the community for nearly a century. Founded in 1927, the hospital provided a wide range of medical services including emergency care, surgical services, and maternity care. In 2016, the hospital was acquired by Prospect Medical Holdings as part of the Crozer-Keystone Health System. Following years of financial instability, the facility ceased acute care and emergency services in late 2022 after a transition plan to a behavioral health center was halted by state health officials and legal challenges.
