Delaware Health Information Network

Delaware Health Information Network is Delaware’s statewide health information exchange and a public instrumentality created to enable secure sharing of healthcare data across the state. It provides connected-care infrastructure and data products including a community health record, electronic results delivery, care coordination tools, single sign-on, a healthcare claims database, analytics, DMOST access, and clinical trials recruitment support. DHIN serves providers, hospitals, payers, policymakers, researchers, and patients by aggregating and distributing timely clinical and claims information. The organization is mission-driven rather than a drug developer, and its value lies in statewide interoperability, workflow integration, and population-health data services.
