Deliver Biosciences is a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company developing a targeted nanoparticle-based delivery platform to genetically engineer cells directly inside patients. Formerly known as ImmTune Therapies, the company's technology aims to bypass complex and expensive ex vivo biomanufacturing processes, enabling the in vivo generation of cell and gene therapies. Its lead program, NanoCART-19, is an in vivo CAR-T cell therapy designed to target CD19-expressing cells for the treatment of B-cell lymphomas. Beyond oncology, Deliver Biosciences is exploring applications of its platform in autoimmune, neurodegenerative, and cardiovascular diseases, as well as infectious diseases like HIV.
