Dementia Australia

Dementia Australia is Australia's national peak body for people living with dementia, their families and carers. Operating as a registered charity and public benevolent institution, the organization provides trusted information, helpline support, education, advocacy, community programs and professional training across Australia. It does not operate as a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company; rather, it focuses on improving care, awareness, policy, dementia-friendly communities and support services for people impacted by all forms of dementia. Dementia Australia also supports research through associated activities and foundations, and works with government, health and aged-care stakeholders to influence dementia policy and service delivery.
