Overview
Dendright developed a nanoparticle-based immunotherapy platform (Curcusome) targeting autoimmune diseases. Its lead candidate, DEN-181, was designed to induce immune tolerance in rheumatoid arthritis by delivering disease-specific antigens and a VDR agonist. Early clinical trials showed some success, but the main program is currently suspended and there are no active late-stage programs.
