Overview
DendroPharm has developed proprietary nanocarrier-based drug delivery technologies aimed at improving the bioavailability and tolerability of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Their lead human program is a non-addictive opioid alternative superior to morphine, currently preclinical but aiming for Phase 1 trials soon. In veterinary medicine, they are close to first market approval for a transdermal depot formulation for cats using their DendroSol® platform.
