Company intelligence / Profile preview
Denville Scientific was a U.S.-based life science tools and laboratory supplies company focused on research consumables, liquid handling products, plastics, and benchtop equipment used in academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and other research laboratories. The company was known for products such as pipette tips, tubes, cryogenic storage items, centrifuges, dry baths, and molecular biology reagents. Founded in 1979 in New Jersey, Denville later became part of Harvard Bioscience and was subsequently acquired by Thomas Scientific in January 2018. Following the acquisition, Denville has largely continued as a product brand within Thomas Scientific rather than as an independent operating company. It is not a therapeutics developer and does not have a drug pipeline.
