Dermecular Therapeutics is a biotechnology company and a subsidiary of BridgeBio Pharma, established to develop targeted therapies for rare dermatological conditions. The company's primary focus is LX-2931 (also known as LX3305), an oral small molecule inhibitor of sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase (SGPL1).
