Developmental Therapeutics, Inc. (DTI) was a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of novel cardiovascular and metabolic therapies. The company's lead program was DITPA (3,5-diiodothyropropionic acid), an orally active thyroid hormone analog designed to improve cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure without the typical systemic side effects of thyroid hormones.
