Diabetes Technology Society

Diabetes Technology Society (DTS) is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the development and use of technology in the fight against diabetes. Established in 2001, the society facilitates collaboration between researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders to advance tools such as continuous glucose monitors (CGM), insulin pumps, and artificial pancreas systems. DTS is well-known for hosting the annual Diabetes Technology Meeting and publishing the peer-reviewed Journal of Diabetes Science and Technology (JDST). Additionally, the organization leads critical initiatives in medical device cybersecurity and the standardization of blood glucose monitor performance to ensure patient safety and device accuracy.
