Diadem has developed AlzoSure Predict, a proprietary blood-based diagnostic test that uses an antibody to detect a specific conformation of the p53 protein associated with early Alzheimer’s disease. The test can predict progression to Alzheimer’s up to six years before symptoms appear. It is CE-IVD marked in Europe and has received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation. Initial clinical studies have shown high sensitivity and specificity for predicting cognitive decline and Alzheimer's onset. Large retrospective and prospective trials are underway for further validation.
