Diagnotes

Diagnotes was a U.S. digital health company that developed a HIPAA-compliant clinical communication and care coordination platform for hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, employers, and behavioral health organizations. Its software enabled secure messaging, provider-to-provider collaboration, patient communication, telehealth consults, and sharing of patient information and images across devices. The company focused on improving workflow efficiency, care-team coordination, and patient and provider satisfaction rather than developing therapeutics. In February 2023, DrFirst announced it had acquired select assets of Diagnotes, and the capabilities were folded into Backline by DrFirst. As a result, Diagnotes appears to no longer operate as an independent active company.
