Diamond Reference Laboratory was a clinical diagnostic laboratory based in Diamond Bar, California, that provided a wide range of medical testing services. The company served healthcare providers, clinics, and patients primarily in the Southern California region. In June 2010, the laboratory was acquired by Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) as part of a strategic move to expand LabCorp's market share in the California clinical testing industry. At the time of its acquisition, Diamond Reference Laboratory was generating approximately $10 million in annual revenue and was subsequently integrated into LabCorp's national network.
