Dimar

Dimar is an Italian medical device company and brand focused on non-invasive ventilation products for the treatment of acute respiratory failure and related respiratory care settings. The company developed and commercialized NIV helmets, CPAP helmets, total face and oronasal masks, humidification accessories, and Venturi-based equipment used in hospital respiratory support. Founded in 2002 in Medolla, Italy, Dimar served hospitals in Italy and international markets through distributor networks. HMC Premedical acquired 100% of Dimar in 2023, and on October 1, 2024, Dimar S.p.A. was merged into HMC Premedical while the Dimar brand was retained for the NIV product line. The business is therefore active as a product line/brand within HMC Group rather than as a fully independent standalone company.
