Dizlin Pharmaceuticals has developed two proprietary levodopa-carbidopa infusion solutions—Infudopa SubC™ and Infudopa IntraV™—for advanced Parkinson’s disease. Both are in late-stage clinical development. Infudopa SubC™ offers continuous subcutaneous infusion via portable pump for outpatients with moderate/severe on-off symptoms; Infudopa IntraV™ provides intravenous administration for inpatients unable to take oral/enteral levodopa, especially perioperatively. Clinical data show rapid uptake and high bioavailability with improved stability and patient convenience. Patent protection extends through at least 2039 in major markets including the US, EU, Japan.
