DM Pharma

DM Pharma is a joint venture established in 2011 by the South Korean pharmaceutical company Dong-A ST and the Japanese company Meiji Seika Pharma. The company focuses on the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of biosimilars for the global market, with a particular emphasis on the Japanese and South Korean regions. Its lead candidate, DMB-3115, is a biosimilar of ustekinumab (Stelara) which has successfully completed Phase 3 clinical trials and received regulatory approvals in major markets including the US and Europe. DM Pharma's portfolio also includes approved biosimilars for infliximab and teriparatide, as well as a trastuzumab biosimilar in late-stage development. The company leverages the R&D expertise of Dong-A ST and the commercial infrastructure of Meiji Seika Pharma to address the growing demand for affordable biologic therapies.
