DMG Collaborative

The DMG Collaborative is a global research network and funding consortium dedicated to finding a cure for Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG), including Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). Formed by a partnership of leading pediatric cancer foundations, the organization facilitates high-impact research by funding multi-institutional studies and promoting open data sharing among scientists. The collaborative supports a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from basic molecular biology to early-phase clinical trials investigating novel therapeutics like imipridones and CAR-T cell therapies. By centralizing resources and fostering international cooperation, the DMG Collaborative seeks to accelerate the development of effective treatments for these aggressive and currently terminal pediatric brain tumors.
