DMS Data Systems was a specialized provider of clinical data management software and services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. The company was best known for its proprietary Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions, which streamlined the collection and analysis of clinical trial data. In 2007, DMS Data Systems was acquired by Bio-Imaging Technologies (which later became BioClinica and is now part of Clario) for approximately $7.7 million. Its technology was integrated into BioClinica's eClinical suite to enhance their data management and imaging capabilities for complex clinical research.
