DNX Corporation

DNX Corporation was a U.S. life sciences company focused on transgenic animal technologies, in vitro and in vivo biological models, and related preclinical drug development services. The company was known for developing genetically engineered animal models of human disease and for work in xenotransplantation and biotherapeutic applications. In 1996, DNX merged with BioClin International to form Chrysalis International, which later became part of Phoenix International Life Sciences and subsequently MDS Pharma. DNX therefore appears to be a historical, no-longer-independent biotech company rather than an active operating business today.
