Company intelligence / Profile preview
DocsApp was an India-based digital health company that operated an online doctor consultation platform connecting patients with physicians through chat and call across multiple specialties. The business, operated by Phasorz Technologies, expanded beyond teleconsultation into subscriptions, medicine ordering, and lab-test access. DocsApp launched in 2015 after Phasorz Technologies was founded in 2013, and it raised venture funding from investors including Bessemer Venture Partners and JAFCO Asia. The company merged with MediBuddy in 2020 and the transition to a unified MediBuddy brand was completed in December 2022. DocsApp therefore appears best characterized today as a discontinued/acquired brand rather than an independently operating company.
