DoriNano

DoriNano is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the development of programmable DNA origami-based nanomedicines. Spun out from the Wyss Institute at Harvard University and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the company leverages its proprietary DoriVac platform to create self-assembling DNA nanostructures that precisely organize antigens and adjuvants at the nanoscale. This spatial control optimizes immune cell activation, significantly enhancing the efficacy of cancer vaccines and infectious disease treatments while reducing required dosages by up to 100-fold.
