Drug Farm has advanced multiple first-in-class drug candidates into clinical development using its proprietary IDInVivo platform. Lead candidate DF‑006, an orally administered ALPK1 agonist immunomodulator targeting innate immunity in the liver, has completed single/multiple ascending dose studies in healthy volunteers and chronic hepatitis B patients with encouraging anti-HBV activity observed. Another candidate, DF‑003 targeting ALPK1 for ROSAH syndrome and related disorders, has completed Phase 1 safety studies.
