Drugs Technology LLC is a Russian biotechnology and pharmaceutical development company founded in 2007 and based in Khimki, Moscow Region. As a key member of the ChemRar High-Tech Center, the company specializes in the design and development of advanced drug delivery systems, particularly nanoparticle-based formulations using poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and poloxamer 188 coatings. Its lead clinical candidate, NanoDox, is a nanoparticle-encapsulated form of doxorubicin currently in Phase 2 clinical trials for the treatment of glioblastoma and soft tissue sarcoma, designed to enhance blood-brain barrier penetration and reduce systemic toxicity. Beyond its proprietary pipeline, Drugs Technology provides a range of contract research and manufacturing services, including GLP/GMP formulation and CMC development for global pharmaceutical partners. The company has also successfully developed high-tech generic versions of complex anti-infectives, such as the HIV protease inhibitor darunavir (marketed as Kemeruvir).
