DSI Laboratories

DSI Laboratories, officially known as Diagnostic Services, Inc., was a leading independent clinical diagnostic laboratory based in Fort Myers, Florida. Founded in 1985, the company provided a comprehensive range of laboratory testing services, including routine clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, and specialized molecular diagnostics. DSI served a diverse client base of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers throughout the Southeastern United States, operating an extensive network of patient service centers. In February 2012, the company was acquired by Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp), a global leader in diagnostic testing. This acquisition allowed LabCorp to significantly expand its regional footprint and service capabilities in the Florida market, integrating DSI's facilities into its national network.
