Duo Oncology is a private oncology biotechnology company developing tumor-responsive ultrasmall nanomedicines for difficult-to-treat, stroma-rich solid tumors. Its platform uses proprietary self-assembling chemistry inspired by DNA assembly to package dual anti-cancer payloads into nanoparticles designed to penetrate dense tumor tissue and release drugs in response to tumor microenvironment conditions.
