E Green Global has commercialized the mass production of virus-free potato microtubers using proprietary in-vitro tissue culture methods. Their technology enables direct field planting, higher yields, and improved disease resistance compared to conventional seed potatoes. The company has established international partnerships and joint ventures to expand its reach, particularly in regions with high demand for quality seed potatoes such as the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Recent clinical/commercial results include increased yield per hectare (from ~30 tons to over 46 tons) using their MCTs compared to imported seed potatoes.
