Echolight

Echolight is an Italian medical technology company focused on radiation-free bone health assessment and osteoporosis diagnostics. Founded as a spin-off of the Italian National Research Council, the company developed the proprietary R.E.M.S. (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) platform, an ultrasound-based approach for evaluating bone density, bone quality, and fracture risk at the lumbar spine and femoral neck. Its flagship EchoS/EchoStation systems are marketed as portable, point-of-care alternatives to DXA, with CE-marked products and FDA-cleared offerings in the United States.
