Eclipse Med Global was a private U.S.-based medical aesthetics and healthcare technology company focused on professional products and procedures for dermatology, plastic surgery, and medspa practices. The company commercialized aesthetic devices and regenerative procedure products, including the MicroPen microneedling franchise and Eclipse PRP platelet-rich plasma systems. Its business centered on physician-office aesthetics rather than therapeutic drug development, with products used for skin rejuvenation, acne-scar treatment, and PRP preparation at the point of care. In May 2022, Crown Laboratories acquired Eclipse's global aesthetics-focused assets, after which the standalone company appears to have ceased operating independently.
