Eco-Rx

EQRx was a pharmaceutical company founded with the mission of developing and delivering high-quality medicines at significantly lower prices than traditional pharmaceutical models. The company focused on late-stage clinical assets, primarily in oncology and inflammatory diseases, by in-licensing proven drug candidates and utilizing a more efficient commercialization strategy. Its lead programs included sugemalimab, a PD-L1 inhibitor, and aumolertinib, an EGFR inhibitor, both of which reached late-stage clinical development. In 2023, EQRx shifted its strategy to focus on clinically differentiated medicines before being acquired by Revolution Medicines. The acquisition integrated EQRx's substantial cash reserves and select assets into Revolution Medicines' pipeline of RAS-targeted therapies.
