Eden Research develops sustainable, plant-derived biopesticides using proprietary microencapsulation technology. Its lead commercial product Mevalone® has regulatory approval across the EU, US, Australia, New Zealand and more than twenty countries. Another product Ecovelex® recently received emergency approval in Italy. The company’s technologies are used to address fungal diseases like Botrytis on grapes as well as insect pests. Eden also applies its encapsulation tech to animal health and select consumer products such as head lice treatments. The company has demonstrated revenue growth with over £4.3m reported for FY2024.
