Elena N. Parovichnikova

The National Medical Research Center for Hematology (NMRC for Hematology) is Russia's premier federal institution for blood disease research and clinical care, currently led by General Director Elena N. Parovichnikova. The center is the primary developer of national clinical guidelines and coordinates extensive multicenter trial protocols for hematological malignancies, most notably the Ru-AML and Ru-ALL series. It provides advanced medical services, including high-dose chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, while conducting R&D in molecular genetics, immunology, and transfusion medicine. As a central reference hub, it plays a critical role in standardizing hematological treatment and coordinating a network of regional centers across the Russian Federation.
