Overview
Elevar’s lead program is rivoceranib, an oral TKI targeting VEGFR2. In combination with camrelizumab, it has completed Phase III trials as first-line treatment for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. The FDA accepted the NDA with a PDUFA date set for May 2024. Rivoceranib has been tested in over 6,000 patients globally and received Orphan Drug Designation in multiple regions. Apealea®, a non-Cremophor EL formulation of paclitaxel, is approved in Europe for ovarian cancer and available via named patient programs elsewhere
