Eleven Therapeutics is a private TechBio company developing next-generation RNA therapeutics using combinatorial chemistry, DNA-encoded library methods, and artificial intelligence. The company positions RNA as a programmable modality and is building platforms to optimize chemical modification, durability, safety, and selective delivery of nucleic acid medicines. Eleven’s core technology stack includes the TERÅ beads platform for high-throughput mapping of RNA structure-activity relationships, the DELiveri platform for cell-selective delivery discovery, and its xRNA concept for rationally engineered RNA molecules. The company initially focused on respiratory diseases and respiratory viruses, and has also described applications in cardiometabolic, metabolic, endocrinologic, and infectious diseases. Eleven has announced a research collaboration with Novo Nordisk and collaborations with institutions including the Vaccine Research Center at NIAID, Cambridge University, Twist Bioscience, and Biotage.
