Eliava Pharmacy

Eliava Pharmacy, officially known as Eliava Authorized Pharmacy, is a specialized pharmaceutical company based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and a key member of the Eliava Consortium. Established in 2013 by the Eliava Foundation and the Eliava Diagnostic Center, the pharmacy holds a unique license for compounding personalized bacteriophage preparations, known as autophages, tailored to individual patient needs. It serves as the primary retail and distribution point for the Eliava Institute's world-renowned phage products, including Pyo-bacteriophage and Intesti-bacteriophage. The pharmacy supports the Eliava Phage Therapy Center by providing customized treatments for antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. Its operations are deeply rooted in over a century of phage research and application pioneered by the George Eliava Institute.
