Elinc Corp. was a healthcare information technology company specializing in the veterinary sector, best known for its flagship product, VIA (Veterinary Information Assistant). The VIA platform provided comprehensive practice management solutions, including electronic medical records (EMR), financial management tools, and clinical data integration for veterinary clinics. The software was designed to streamline workflows through templatized SOAP medical notes and wireless tablet solutions, enhancing data entry speed and accessibility within the clinic. Elinc was eventually acquired by Eklin Medical Systems, a leader in digital radiography, to integrate practice management with diagnostic imaging workflows. Following subsequent acquisitions, the technology became part of the broader VCA Antech and Mars Petcare ecosystem.
