Elkhart Hematology and Oncology

Elkhart Hematology and Oncology is a community-based medical oncology and hematology practice located in Elkhart, Indiana. Formerly operating as the hematology and oncology practice of Elkhart Clinic, the practice joined the American Oncology Network (AON) in May 2026. Led by board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist Dr. Ahsanul Haque and family nurse practitioner Charisse Prall, the clinic provides comprehensive treatment for patients diagnosed with all types of cancer and blood disorders. Its services include onsite infusion therapy, centralized laboratory and pathology services, an in-house specialty pharmacy, care coordination, and access to clinical trials.
