("Eltek Group") is an established ISO13485-compliant contract manufacturer specializing in precision plastics, electronics, microfluidics, sensors, and finished products for the medical device, pharma, and IVD sectors. They serve both large multinationals and startups from feasibility through industrialization to market launch. Their capabilities include clean room moulding (ISO class 7 & 8), DNA/RNA-free processes for sensitive applications like IVDs or regenerative medicine devices, electronic design/manufacturing including MEMS-based pressure sensors for dialysis/blood management/catheters/probes. They do not develop their own therapeutics but enable OEMs/fabless companies/startups to bring innovative healthcare products to market.
