Emergency Medical Services Authority

The Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) is a public trust and the largest provider of pre-hospital emergency medical care in Oklahoma. Established in 1977, EMSA serves the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metropolitan areas, providing advanced life support (ALS) ambulance services to over 1.1 million residents. The organization operates as a high-performance EMS system, focusing on clinical excellence, rapid response times, and community health initiatives. EMSA is a critical component of the regional healthcare infrastructure, coordinating disaster response and managing the 'TotalCare' ambulance membership program.
