Emerillon Therapeutics was a Montreal-based biotechnology company focused on developing therapies for rare metabolic diseases characterized by ectopic calcification. The company's lead program centered on a recombinant human ENPP1 enzyme replacement therapy designed to treat Generalized Arterial Calcification of Infancy (GACI) and Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum (PXE). Founded by the scientific team behind Enobia Pharma, Emerillon leveraged deep expertise in bone and mineral metabolism to address high unmet medical needs.
