Completed Phase 1 safety and dose escalation study in low grade prostate cancer patients in 2019. Phase 2 studies in Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) and non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) are underway. Compelling six-month data from Phase 2 study of eRapa in FAP were presented at Digestive Disease Week in April 2024, and 12-month data were presented at InSIGHT, Barcelona in June 2024. A registrational Phase 3 study is expected to begin recruitment soon.
