Earlier programs included SMDCs targeting folate receptors and PSMA with both therapeutic and imaging applications. The company’s platforms enabled direct delivery of cytotoxic or radioactive payloads to tumor cells while sparing healthy tissue. Clinical data indicated significant reductions in disease biomarkers among treated patients.
