Endosmart

Endosmart is a German medical device company focused on the design, development, and manufacture of nitinol-based medical components, instruments, and implants for minimally invasive procedures. Its product portfolio has included kidney stone retrieval baskets and snares, breast cancer tumor markers, and other surgical instruments for urology, oncology, cardiology, orthopedic, and vascular applications. The company also provides OEM and contract development/manufacturing services for medical device customers, leveraging expertise in nitinol forming, joining, and product engineering. Endosmart was acquired by Alleima in 2022 and, effective February 1, 2024, was renamed Alleima Karlsruhe GmbH while continuing operations within Alleima's medical business.
