EndoStream Medical developed the Nautilus™, an innovative self-conforming intrasaccular flow diverter designed to treat wide-necked brain aneurysms. The device received European regulatory approval in November 2024 and has begun commercialization there. Clinical trials are underway in the United States with plans for market entry by spring 2026, followed by Japan. The Nautilus™ system can be used with embolization coils to improve treatment outcomes for complex cerebral aneurysms that are difficult to treat with existing technologies.
